No Child Left Behind Even though the United States is one of the most financially powerful counties, but at the same time we have a rapidly declining graduation rate. Why would such a financially stable country suffer from a weakening education system as time progresses? The simple answer is student apathy. Considering all of the amazing things that the human race has done with much less, it is obvious that even though people have all the tools they need to succeed, what is lacked is simply the desire to do so. Prometheus NegatedChaos, ages of conflict and neglect show that everything steadily marches towards an inevitable end. What was once a great city filled with right angles and straight lines has slowly fallen to the forces of disorder.
